Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026. By creating a Calenda or using calenda.io, you agree to these terms.
The service
Calenda turns your calendar into a public availability profile: day-by-day percentages of free working time. The service is provided free of charge during its initial version and “as is”, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your account
- You must sign in with a Google account you own.
- You choose a username; impersonating someone else or squatting trademarks is not allowed, and we may reclaim usernames in such cases.
- You are responsible for what you publish on your profile (name, bio, links). Unlawful, deceptive or abusive content may lead to removal of the profile.
Your data
How we process data — including Google Calendar data — is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your calendar or delete your account at any time from your settings; deletion is permanent.
Acceptable use
- No scraping of profiles at scale or resale of the data.
- No attempt to access other users’ non-public data.
- No use of the service to send spam or harass anyone.
Liability
Availability percentages are computed automatically from the calendars you select and the working hours you configure; we do not guarantee their accuracy. Calenda is not a party to any engagement between you and people who consult your profile.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use Calenda after a change means you accept the updated terms.
