Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026. Calenda is operated by Senso SARL, 21 rue de Trévise, 75009 Paris, France (SIREN 948 888 003). By creating a Calenda account or using calenda.io, you agree to these terms.
The service
Calenda turns the calendars you connect into a public availability profile — day-by-day percentages of free working time — and lets you follow the availability of people you work with. Percentages are computed automatically from the calendars you select and the working hours you configure.
Your account
- You may sign in with a Google account you own, or with your email address (we send a sign-in link and a six-digit code).
- You choose a username. Impersonating someone else or squatting trademarks is not allowed, and we may reclaim usernames in such cases.
- Changing your username does not redirect the previous address: old links stop working.
- You are responsible for what you publish on your profile. Unlawful, deceptive or abusive content may lead to removal.
- You must be at least 15 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if it is higher.
Connecting calendars
You may connect Google calendars (read-only) or calendar feeds published in iCalendar (ICS) format. You choose which calendars feed your availability, and you may disconnect any of them at any time.
Availability computed from an ICS feed depends on how often the provider refreshes that feed, which is outside our control and may lag by several hours. Google calendars are refreshed continuously.
How we process this data is described in our Privacy Policy. We store only busy time intervals — never event titles, descriptions, locations or attendees.
Your profile is public
Your profile page and its availability percentages are public: anyone with the address can see them, and search engines may index them. Availability percentages of accounts on an explicit allowlist may also be served to named business partners through our partner API — the same public percentages, never event content.
Network, tags and shared lists
- The tags you apply to people you follow are private to you.
- You may share a list with other Calenda users. They see the profiles and their availability in read-only, never your tags.
- A shared list is live: adding someone to a shared tag makes them visible to its recipients immediately. You remain responsible for what you share.
- You may revoke a shared list at any time.
Plans and payment
Publishing your own availability is free, with no time limit. Following other people’s availability is free up to the limits shown on our pricing page; beyond them, a paid plan is required.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT; applicable VAT is added at checkout.
- Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no partial refund is due.
- We give at least 60 days’ notice before any price increase applies to you. You may cancel before it takes effect.
- Paid plans are free during the beta; the same 60 days’ notice applies before billing starts.
- Non-payment may lead to suspension of the paid features, never to deletion of your data without notice.
- As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting a paid plan immediately you ask us to begin performance during that period and acknowledge losing that right once the service is fully performed.
Acceptable use
- No scraping of profiles at scale, and no resale of the data.
- No attempt to access other users’ non-public data.
- No use of the service to send spam or harass anyone.
- No automated access outside the documented partner API.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor the accuracy of computed percentages: they depend on the calendars you connect and the working hours you declare.
Calenda is not a party to any engagement between you and the people who consult your profile. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us over the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice except where the breach requires immediate action.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and, for account holders, by email. Continuing to use Calenda after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, except where mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
