How it works

Live, with zero effort

Availability updates itself from Google Calendar. Nobody declares anything, nobody chases anyone.

%

Percentages, not yes or no

From 0 to 100%, red to green, by day, week or month. Enough to hand over a two-hour task or a three-month project.

Private by design

People see that you're busy. Never with whom, or why. Calendar content is neither stored nor shared.

Granularity

Zoom in, zoom out, book.

"Can you take a small job on Thursday?" "Two days next week?" "Any room in September?" One screen answers all three — for the freelancer and the company alike.

Who it's for

Three ways to use Calenda

A freelancer

Let your availability do the work

  • Your best clients always know when to book you
  • One source of truth, current everywhere, declared nowhere
  • Short gaps finally visible, every hour worth something

A company

Your freelancers, in plain sight

  • Find the people you like working with, without going back through a platform
  • Availability that stays fresh, reliable and reachable
  • Precise enough for a two-hour task or a long engagement

A studio

The best of both

  • Share your availability with clients, follow your freelancers'
  • Make every open slot of your partners count
  • One tool, both services
Both sides of a Calenda

Make the connection

I posted my Calenda on LinkedIn. Two former clients came back the same week, for slots I would never have thought to offer.

Staffing a project used to mean three days of messages. Now I open my network, I see who's green, I call. The project starts the same day.

We share our availability with clients and follow our freelancers', from the same account. It saves us an enormous amount of time. Nobody wants to go back.

FAQ

What people ask us

Never. Calenda publishes availability percentages and hours only. Meetings, names and exact times stay private — on the freelancer's side and the company's.

Sharing your Calenda is free, forever. Following availability is free up to 10 freelancers in your network; beyond that, the Studio and Business plans take over (free during the beta). See pricing →

Everyone sets their usual working hours — say 10 hours a day, Monday to Friday. If 2 hours are taken on a 10-hour day, availability shows as 80%. Days you don't work are greyed out.

Yes, from the same account: just tick both options. Studios, agencies and freelancers who subcontract use Calenda in both directions.

No. A Calenda page is open to anyone with the link. An account becomes useful when you want to follow several people in a network.
